We are a group of professionals who volunteer our time and talents using Appreciative Inquiry and Dialogue processes to help our local communities imagine, create, and realize the future. We are part of a growing movement of citizens worldwide who use appreciative inquiry to help groups engage in discourse and action that bring life, hope and change to their communities.  (ie. Our Mission

AI of MN members work with Minnesota communities who are looking for results.  We help facilitate group conversations that address community needs.  These conversations go beyond mere discovery, they create deeper understandings of the issues leading to actions intended to move a community towards the future they want.

Opportunity to Give Back

This is a response to a call to get involved, to use our professional talents to give back to our community.  We believe that opportunities exist for AI Practitioners to collaborate at a grass roots level, to become part of the solutions that help make our world a better place.

"We teach best what we need to learn most".  Even if you don't know much about Appreciative Inquiry, AI of MN is committed to helping anyone who wants to learn.  Members of this community come from all walks of life with a wide range of experience using Appreciative Inquiry and Dialogue skills.  If you are new to the concepts we will team you up with a mentor and point you towards resources you can use to further your education.
